Return/Cancellation Policy

GR8PM, INC. (hereinafter "GR8PM") respects and protects the users of any GR8PM product or service. This Return or Cancellation Policy explains how we handle unexpected changes and the choices that you can make about the way it is handled.

Return Policy

We cannot cancel orders once payment has been processed.

All sales of tangible products, such as books and CDs, are final. In the event of receiving damaged or defective products, we will replace the defective product at no additional charge.  Any refund for the return of a non-defective product will be reduced by the cost of all shipping – delivery and return – and a thirty (30%) percent re-stocking fee, deducted from the net fees paid to determine the refund amount.  Refunds will be processed 30 days after receipt of the returned product.

All sales of tangible products shipped outside of the domestic United States of America are considered INTERNATIONAL orders.  All international sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded.  Also, international orders may be subject to import duties, various taxes, and other charges which are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in purchase price or shipping charges applied by our website. We take every reasonable step to minimize these charges for your convenience, but international import policies are out of our control we are not responsible for any such charges.

All sale of intangible products or services, such as exam simulation subscriptions, e-content downloads and other online products are non-refundable once payment is processed and may not be refunded.

We are not responsible for personal internet access and individual internet browsers. To ensure that an intangible, online product or service is compatible with your computer and internet connection, first try the free sample offered on our website.

Cancellation of Student Registration Policy

Any and all changes to your registration – transfer, reschedule, or cancellation – must be approved via e-mail by GR8PM, INC.’s Customer Service department ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ).  While we cannot guarantee a particular outcome we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

All cancellation fees will be deducted from the net fees paid to determine the refund amount.  Refunds will be processed 30 days after the last day of the event.

If for any reason you are unable to attend a class that you chose to enroll in, you have the following choices:

(A) Transfer your registration to a co-worker or professional acquaintance and work out the monetary arrangement directly with them.  You must notify Customer Service of the transfer.

(B) Request that GR8PM, INC. reschedule you into another class, which we will gladly do on a space-available basis.  While we cannot guarantee availability in a future class we will do our best to accommodate your request.  Rescheduling is done at the sole and absolute discretion of GR8PM, INC. and is not subject to any limits.

(C) Cancel your enrollment, subject to the following fees:

(C.1) A $200.00 processing and handling fee will be applied to all cancellations requested at least 21 days prior to the first day of the event.

(C.2) A $300.00 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations requested less than 21 days but more than 10 days prior to the first day of the event.

(C.3) A $500 cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations requested less than 10 days prior to the first day of the event.

(C.4) No transfers, reschedules or refunds will be accepted after the day before the start of the event.
